How do I book?

We are asking everyone to book via the booking page on this website. If you don't book online, you won't guarantee your bounce and will be charged a WALK-IN FEEpp.

Must I sign a waiver?

Yes. Everyone who jumps at iBounce is required to sign a waiver. Those under 18 must have their parent or legal guardian sign their waiver. Permission by email is not sufficient. No waiver = No entry.

Is iBounce safe?

As with any extreme sports/leisure activity there is an element of risk involved. We attempt to minimise the risks by using the best equipment and training our staff to a high level.

Is there an age limit?

There is no upper age limit! All jumpers have to be at least 5 years old for our standard sessions. We do provide various other sessions for under 5's. There is no lower age limit however they must be able to walk.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes, the weight limit is 19 stone. Our policy is to recommend that anyone with individual weight-related concerns consult a physician and receive medical clearance for rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampoline jumping.

Do you have WiFi?

No, unfortunately we don't offer customer wifi.

Do you have parking?

We have limited free parking available at the premises - please car share where possible.

All children 17 years & under must have a parent or guardian present on site at all times.

What age can my child bounce alone?

Any child aged 5 years old or over can bounce without a parent or guardian bouncing with them. Please note that a parent or guardian MUST be on site supervising at all times.

What happens if I am late to my booked session time?

Your session starts on time, with or without you. We cannot guarantee that you can rebook to a later slot. If we are at full capacity you will lose the time you are late.

Can I wear my own socks?

You must use iBounce trampoline grip socks - once purchased, they can be re-used. You will not be PERMITTED onto the park with out iBounce trampoline socks.

The reasons for this policy being in place is because of the following:

1. Safety & Grip Standards - Our trampoline socks have rubberized soles for grip, preventing slips on trampolines. Furthermore, not all grip socks are created equal, here at iBounce want to guarantee a certain level of quality and safety and iBounce Socks meet those requirements.
2. Liability & Insurance - Our insurance policies require specific safety standards which we intend to abide by. If an injury was to occur while wearing non-approved socks, then iBounce may be liable.
3. Uniformity & Monitoring - Staff can easily check if our visitors are wearing approved gear. As there are so many kinds of grip socks that exist that do NOT meet our safety & grip standards.
4. Hygiene Control - By issuing our own socks, we reduce the risk of bringing in dirt or contaminants.
If you have any issues with these policies, then access to the park may not be permitted
I don't want to bounce, is there somewhere I can wait for my children?

Absolutely. You can remain in the viewing area. Anyone that enters the arena/trampoline park will be charged the admission price. Please bear in mind the viewing areA can get busy at peak times.

Do you have wheelchair access?

There is wheelchair access to the building, but not to the trampolines or the top cafe. There is a cafe on the ground floor situated in iPlay that is accessible to wheelchairs.

Additional Needs Sessions

These sessions are designed for guests who would benefit from a quieter, more relaxed environment.

  • Proof of eligibility is required on arrival for all participants

  • Due to limited capacity, we cannot offer spaces for siblings.

  • Carers must supervise at all times. Carers attend free of charge with valid proof (see FAQ) and must purchase trampoline socks.

  • To book the sensory room, please call in advance.

Our Additional Needs sessions are designed to provide a more supportive and inclusive environment for those who may benefit from adjusted provision. To access these sessions, we require confirmation of eligibility, such as evidence of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Personal Independence Payment (PIP), an EHCP, SEN confirmation from school, a supporting letter from a relevant professional, or a valid Access Card / Nimbus Card.

During the session, we aim to reduce capacity and limit noise levels as much as possible; however, as we operate within a multi-use building, some background noise cannot always be avoided. We also run sessions during peak times to improve accessibility, but due to our adjoining soft play area, the building may not always be completely quiet. Customers are welcome at attend at any time however our quieter sessions tend to be the Additional needs session, Week Day bounce and After school. Please feel free to call us prior to check how busy these sessions are.

To help support our visitors, we have sensory bags available, access to a sensory room, and ear protectors for those who may need them. We understand that some individuals may experience difficulties wearing trampoline socks; however, for health and safety reasons, trampoline socks must be worn by all participants.

Our team is always on hand to offer support and make reasonable adjustments where possible to ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
